We’re looking for a highly organised, self-motivated individual who can ensure that all project based and core administrative tasks are undertaken efficiently and effectively. The role is offered as a full-time fixed term twelve-month contract to cover the Maternity Leave of our current Administrator.
 
The Administrator will work closely to support the Creative Directors, Senior Producer and Marketing Co-Ordinator on all aspects of the general administration of the organisation. This includes leading and supporting areas of; Office Management, Legal Compliance of Contracted and Employed Staff, Finance, Fundraising, Marketing, Contracts and Engagement, IT, Policies, Training, Meetings, Production and Performance, Project Management, Data and Insurance and Memberships as well as any other duties or responsibilities that may reasonably be requested by the Creative Directors or the Board.
