Full House Theatre is a dynamic and innovative charity and arts organisation delivering performance and participation projects for, by and with children and young people.

The Marketing, Communications and Events Assistant will play a supporting role in the delivery of our marketing campaigns, social media activity and promotional and ancillary events. We are looking for an energetic, organised individual who will work alongside the Senior Producer and Administrator to ensure that our marketing and audience development plans are delivered efficiently and effectively. Our team is small – yet mighty. So, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic person who is ready to get stuck in.


The role is offered as a part-time fixed term twelve-month contract and we are happy to discuss a contract of between 15 and 22.5 hours per week. Flexibility can be offered where needed, including split working from home and on site. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and reasonable adjustments will be made. The role may require some occasional evening and weekend commitments, including travel where needed.
