4YP (For Young People) are looking for passionate and creative media professionals to support the delivery of an exciting youth-led project focused on community safety and belonging, starting in January. In particular we are looking for people with skills in photography, filmmaking, editing and podcasting, but also painting, graffiti style art, multi-media collage - our young people are open-minded and keen to give anything a go!

What’s involved?
- Help young people develop media skills (filmmaking, editing, storytelling)
- Guide them in producing high-quality, impactful content
- Collaborate with our youth work team to plan and deliver engaging workshops
- Motivate and inspire young people to feel confident and enthusiastic about their projects
- Assist with evening youth club sessions as part of the project delivery

This could be delivering one-off workshops or providing ongoing support throughout the project, during our evening youth club sessions.
