We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Volunteer Engagement Manager to recruit, support and inspire our vibrant community of volunteers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating positive experiences and making things happen in a fast-paced live events environment.

Working collaboratively across our teams, you’ll ensure our volunteers feel valued, confident and equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for audiences, artists and visitors.
