Bedford Creative Arts is looking for a theatre professional to run weekly (term-time only) theatre sessions for non-professional Bedford migrants, including refugees, asylum seekers and first-generation migrants living in Bedford, until Autumn 2026 and potentially beyond.

The successful candidate will be leading creative theatre workshops and supporting a migrant theatre group to devise ‘sharing’s’ and small performances at the end of term, where possible.

The mentoring theatre company, LegalAliens, will provide the successful candidate with advice and mentoring on the chosen techniques to use with a focus on forms of physical theatre to enable full participation by people from a range of migrant backgrounds.
