The Stables is one of the UK's leading music venues, presenting over 400 concerts and events each year across all genres and an extensive programme of learning and participation. We also founded and produce IF: Milton Keynes International Festival, a multi-art form biennial festival which transforms the city into a stage. 

We are seeking an Operations Support Manager to play a key role in supporting the smooth and safe running of our events. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you wll help ensure that events are effectively resourced with staff and volunteers, while also contributing to the overall custoer experience and venue management.
